More people are becoming aware that their food choices affect the planets’ environment. A shift towards a plant-based diet can help reduce our current environmental impact and improve utilisation of natural resources.

Tablelands spreads are made from harvested plant based seeds like Canola and Sunflower with oil being released via the process of pressing the seeds. Specifically we use oil crushed from non-GM canola seeds. To make Tablelands a spreadable product from the plant seed oil base, a limited amount of ‘palm oil is required – this gives it the smooth spreadable structure ideal for spreading on toast and sandwiches.
